The Help Desk is comprised of two staff members, $hexentanz and +ewm. When you file a ticket with the Help Desk, $hexentanz or +ewm will answer your question as soon as they can (usually within 24 to 48 hours, depending on backlog).
The Help Desk is often shortened to "the HD".
